According to the principles and purposes of the academy, its operational activities include but not limited to:

　　1. Host at a regular basis the World Women University Presidents Forum, its Sub-Forums and other sociables that facilitate international cooperation on women affairs.

　　2. Work on academic studies that aim to promote women leadership (especially in the field of higher education); Set up data platform for women leadership development; Publish academic report on women leadership.

　　3. Design courses and complementary textbooks for training of women leadership; Carry out advanced training courses that enhance women leadership(especially in the field of higher education).
